Below, get excited for the next month with our list of the best new albums scheduled to be released in November 2025.
Danny Brown – Stardust
Danny Brown will return with his new album Stardust on November 7th. Only a couple of years after his last album, Quaranta, the Detroit rapper is back with another project on Warp Records. The album is said to reveal “a new level of vulnerability and creative clarity” and “introduces a newfound lightness – sharp, inventive and unafraid to challenge conventional production and storytelling.”
Led by the lead singles ‘Starburst’ and ‘Copycats’, the experimental LP comes with features from Quadeca, underscores, JOHNNASCU, 8585, Frost Children, IssBrokie, Femtanyl, Nnamd, Ta Ukrainka, Zheani, and Jane Remover.
Armand Hammer and The Alchemist – Mercy
The duo of Billy Woods and Elucid have been dishing up some of the best experimental hip-hop of the past decade as Armand Hammer. Four years after Haram, the pair are teaming up with The Alchemist once again for an entire project.
Mercy, comprised of 14 tracks, will be released on November 7th with guest spots from Earl Sweatshirt, Pink Siifu, Quelle Chris, Cleo Reed, Kapwani, and Silka. Alc’s demand has continued to increase in recent years, but the two MCs are skilled enough to keep the acclaimed producer in their corner.
De La Soul – Cabin in the Sky
It will be a bittersweet moment on November 21st when De La Soul release their new album. Cabin in the Sky serves as the legendary group’s follow-up to 2015’s And the Anonymous Nobody, and will be their first since David Jolicoeur, also known as Trugoy the Dove, Plug Two, and Dave, passed away in 2023.
The is set to arrive on Nas’ Mass Appeal Records as part of seven albums from seven legendary rappers in 2025, including Big L, Ghostface Killah, Mobb Deep, Raekwon, Slick Rick, and Nas and DJ Premier.
Boldy James and Nicholas Craven – Criminally Attached
Boldy James is one of the hardest working rappers in the game. He’s been on an impressive run throughout the 2020s, having already released eight albums in 2025 alone. On November 14th, he’ll return with another new project titled Criminally Attached, which will be his fourth collaborative album with producer Nicholas Craven.
The first single, ‘No Blemishes’, dropped earlier in October, in which Boldy references his near-fatal car crash in 2023. He raps, “Can hear them shots going off, wheezing past my head/ Or the sound of the impact when I crashed my sled.”
Wale – Everything Is a Lot
Wale hasn’t released an album in four years but will make his big return on November 14th. The DMV rapper has teamed up with Def Jam Recordings for Everything Is a Lot after leaving Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group and Warner Records.
His goal for the album was “to express a certain level of vulnerability,” adding that “one of the underlying things is how heavy everything is in the world around me, my personal life, and the industry. I carried all of that with me and got it out of my system through this project.”
