White House condemns Boosie Badazz’s $600,000 pardon efforts

The White House has responded to Boosie Badazz after he paid $600,000 for a failed Donald Trump pardon.

Earlier this week, Boosie filed a lawsuit against Jacob Wohl, Jack Burkman and their firm, JM Burkman and Associates, as part of an arbitration case.

The Baton Rouge rapper paid the two Trump lobbyists six figures to help his legal case, stating, “They were real aggressive, they were talking like they had Trump on speed dial.”

Now, a White House official has responded to his suit via The Breakfast Club co-host Loren Lorosa.

“The White House did receive something from Maghan Blanco re: ‘Boosie Badazz,'” the representative said. “Receipt of documents should not be taken to mean anything other than documents have been received. The President is the ultimate decider on any clemency related actions.”

They continued, “The team at the White House working on clemency has never heard from Wohl or Burkman, does not support their work, and would advise anyone seeking clemency that their involvement will actively harm their chances. The President finds it detestable that anyone would even attempt to profit off pardons.”

Burkman claimed that they worked hard to secure a pardon and blamed Boosie for his actions hindering their attempt.

“Boosie has no reason to be unhappy,” he said. “In 30 years of lobbying, I doubt we have ever done more work and harder work. The provision in the contract he is referencing was never agreed to at all.”

He continued, “The other factor is that Boosie’s quest for a pardon was made much tougher by an arrest for an alleged crime of violence in Texas earlier this year. We tried very very hard.”
