The Game ranks his 10 favourite rappers in 2026
The Game has revealed who he thinks are the 10 hottest rappers right now.
The Compton artist has never been one to shy away from his hip-hop opinions. Now, he’s chiming in on a debate about rappers in 2026.
Complex recently announced a list of the 100 hottest rappers right now, making their top 10: J Cole, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, NBA YoungBoy, Yeat, Don Toliver, Travis Scott, Jay-Z, Kanye West, and Baby Keem.
Challenging their list, Game sat down with the publication to share his picks, rearranging some of their names and adding his own.
Game went for Jay-Z at number one, with the top five including Kanye West, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, and J Cole.
“I’ma do Hov first – you wanna know why?” he began. “‘Cause Biggie and Pac aren’t in this conversation. And you know, their untimely demises, we’re putting Hov, because Hov represents Biggie and Pac, too. He also represents Nas, so since Nas is not right here, we’re gon’ leave Jay at number one.”
Then, he rounded out his top 10 with Future, Travis Scott, NBA YoungBoy, Don Toliver, and Baby Keem.
Last year, The Game shared a list of his 100 favourite Los Angeles rappers of all time, putting Tupac Shakur at number one, followed by Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Kendrick Lamar, and himself.
Game posted the list in response to Complex declaring the top 50 LA rappers. “Game at 11 is nasty work… I’ll bust that whole list ass!!!!” he wrote on Instagram. “All the motivation I needed to finish The Documentary 3!! Y’all got Game f#%ked up!!”
