Police rush to home of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ son after attempted burglary
Police swarmed the home of Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs’ son this week after reports of an attempted burglary.
27-year-old King Combs (real name Christian Combs) experienced a disturbance in the early hours of March 26th.
According to TMZ, the Los Angeles Police Department were called to his Porter Ranch mansion at around 12:45am.
Police were dispatched for a “burglary hot prowl,” which is when a suspect is trying to break in when a resident is inside.
An employee at the home called law enforcement, with officers taking a report of an attempted burglary. Another person watching surveillance footage also called the LAPD.
Police said that someone tried to break into the property through the back door, but wasn’t able to gain entry. A video shows police surrounding the property, with one officer searching the rear of the home with a flashlight.
Combs’ son lives in the Los Angeles home with his girlfriend, model and actress Raven Tracy. Tracy is the official owner of the home, according to property records. In August 2024, she wrote on Instagram, “We just moved into our first house together.”
King is the son of Combs and Kim Porter, who died in 2018. In November, he was hopeful about his father being released from prison early. He told reporters, “We gon play the ‘Diddy Free’ joint whole Christmas, whole Thanksgiving. He coming home, though. Just watch out, he might come home before then.”
Combs is currently behind bars at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, serving a 50-month sentence on prostitution charges.
