Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his son settle lawsuit

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs and his son, King Combs, have settled a lawsuit with their own law firm.

Summa LLP claimed the pair failed to pay many invoices for over 100 attorney hours and 90 paralegal hours since March 2025.

According to TMZ, Summa alleged that Diddy and King (real name Christian Combs) owed around $53,688 in legal fees, with some of them related to King’s sexual assault suit filed by Grace O’Marcaigh.

Summa’s lawyer, Alejandro Barrientos, revealed the settlement occurred but refused to offer any further details.

27-year-old King is the son of Diddy and his ex-partner, Kim Porter. During an interview with Billboard in August, King spoke about visiting his father at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

“Yeah, I saw him,” he said. “Of course, it wasn’t in the ideal place. [It was] in person. We dapped up and all that. At least it’s not like behind the wall, but it’s definitely not it. [His advice was to] really just to be positive and not let everything that’s going on get to me. And, you know, don’t react off of emotion. Just be me and do what’s true to myself.”

When asked if his Diddy and Bad Boy Records can bounce back, he replied, “Yeah, for sure. We’re definitely gonna keep going. Like, I said, ‘Never Stop.’ We can’t stop, won’t stop, and we’re going to just continue to spread love and hopefully receive that back.”

Combs is currently serving a 50-year sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after being found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
