New Jersey prison outlines Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ solitary confinement conditions
The conditions of Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs’ solitary confinement have been revealed.
Combs was moved to prison isolation at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey last week after reportedly getting into a fight.
Now, TMZ has obtained the prison’s admission and orientation inmate handbook to find out what the rapper is experiencing in “the hole.” Prisoners in disciplinary segregation are denied privileges for breaking the Bureau of Prisons’ rules and regulations.
Special Housing Unit conditions can involve personal items being taken away. However, he’s allowed blankets, a mattress, a pillow, toilet paper, and shaving equipment, as well as legal and non-legal books.
If he still qualifies, he’s allowed one social visit per week, along with a doctor paying daily visits across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Combs will receive regular updates on his status and be made aware of his rights and responsibilities. He will also be informed of forbidden acts and a disciplinary severity scale that lists sanctions by the seriousness of each infraction.
The rapper allegedly engaged in an altercation with another inmate on July 23rd, which involved punches being thrown before prison officers stepped in. The incident was allegedly caused by someone dissing him.
The Breakfast Club co-host Loren Lorosa said she was told that Combs “beat a man up bad” and that he “choked” him out.
Speaking on the incident, the prison said, “We are not at liberty to disclose or provide internal information pertaining to any inmate in our custody. Such information would not be available for the public domain.”
