Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of “choking a man out” in New Jersey prison fight
Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has been accused of choking a man out in prison.
Reports surfaced on July 24th about Combs being involved in a fight at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. Now, more details have surfaced.
According to The Breakfast Club co-host Loren Lorosa, Combs badly attacked an inmate in the incident that led to him being thrown into solitary confinement.
“I’m hearing Diddys in the hole in fort dix,” she wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “He allegedly beat a man up .. bad. The phone call I got was ‘diddy choked a man out.’ And that diddy is now in solitary confinement for possibly 30 days.”
She continued, “I was told this happened a little after 4pm est. yesterday July 23, 2026. I know that Diddys reps are trying to confirm what.. if anything happened. But they did not dispute my phone call to them on this.”
TMZ reported that things got heated after an inmate dissed Combs, with the rapper reacting physically.
Combs and the other inmate allegedly had an altercation that involved fists being thrown. Sources said the rapper “held his own” before officers stepped in to break up the scuffle.
FCI Fort Dix was pressed to comment on the incident, but responded, “We are not at liberty to disclose or provide internal information pertaining to any inmate in our custody. Such information would not be available for the public domain.”
Combs was sentenced to four years and two months behind bars in October 2025 on prostitution charges.
