Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sells his private jet from behind bars
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has sold his private jet in the middle of serving his prison sentence for prostitution charges.
The Bad Boy rapper officially parted ways with his all-black Gulfstream G550 in October 2025 after acquiring it in February 2021.
Business Insider reported the news on January 9th. Although the selling price is unknown, other models typically rake in between $20 million and $30 million.
The aircraft now carries the tail number T7-OKS, appearing to be registered in San Marino. It was previously registered as N1969C and owned by Combs’ LoveAir LLC.
The private jet was made in 2015 and is valued at around $60 million, seating 14 passengers. It includes beige interiors, an entertainment system, and is pet-friendly.
Since his arrest in September 2024, Combs had been renting out the jet. As of May 2025, it was hired over 126 times and used almost every other day since it was made available, clocking around 150,000 miles. One journey cost $32,597, racking up over $4 million in that timeframe.
Combs previously suggested putting the jet up for sale to raise money for potential bail, but the judge rejected him.
The rapper was sentenced to four years and two months behind bars in September after being found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution. He’s set to be released in 2028.
Just last week, Donald Trump ruled out a presidential pardon, revealing he “asked me for a pardon … through a letter.” Trump previously said, “A lot of people have asked me for pardons. I call him Puff Daddy; he has asked me for a pardon.”
