Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ ex-assistant insists he was forced to have sex by mogul

Phil Pines, a former assistant of Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs between 2019 and 2021, has made a series of allegations about the musician. As such, he recently sat down for his first on-camera interview with Mara S Campo for Investigation Discovery’s docuseries The Fall of Diddy.

During the interview, Pines unexpectedly burst out into tears and broke down while claiming that Combs aggressively forced him to have sexual intercourse merely to prove his “loyalty.”

Although this is the first time Pines has spoken on camera about some of his experiences while working for the mogul, this isn’t the first time his name has been under the spotlight. In 2024, he filed a lawsuit against Combs, which alleged that Combs forced him to work punishing hours and, as part of his job, forced him to oversee various alleged crimes, including battery, harassment and sex trafficking.

While speaking to Campo for the Investigation Discovery docuseries, Pines asserted that “loyalty” was of the utmost importance to Combs and claimed the day that the producer allegedly told him to “prove himself’ was “something [he] won’t forget.”

Speaking through tears in a state of distress, Pines told Campo, “My life changed, and I’ve never really recovered from it.” This is the first time Pines has spoken in detail about the alleged ways that Combs mentally and physically abused him. However, disturbing allegations about his duties while working for the Bad Boy founder have previously come to light.

The lawsuit Pines filed in December spoke of alleged “Wild King Nights” that required the former employee to obtain “red lights, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana joints, honey packs for male libido, baby oil, Astroglide, towels, illegal drugs and power banger sex machines.”

An even more alarming claim previously made by Pines is that, as part of his job, he had to risk prison time by removing evidence of drugs and bodily stains like blood and urine from from all hotel rooms Combs had stayed in. Still, during his interview for The Fall of Diddy, Pines, who was distraught, recalled an alleged “freak-off” before which Combs had been drinking all day. Recalling the alleged uncontrolled drinking and frenzied “freak-off”, Pines told Campo, “I took a shot (of alcohol) with them. That was his way of making sure you felt comfortable.”

He continued, “I go back to the office, sit there, get summoned again, take a shot, take a shot. He’s out of his mind. He’s in rare form as we would call it.” Tearing up, he added, “I remember hearing the words prove your loyalty to me, (your) King.”

Pines then detailed an alleged physical aspect, continuing, “He grabbed me by the shoulders, gave me a massage like a coach would give a player that’s about to enter the game, handed me a condom, pushed me to a girl that was on the couch, a guest. I froze before it took place, I didn’t know what was happening. In the moment, it felt like what, is this fun for him? Is this a test for entertainment, does he know he’s doing this? Is he that gone?” He concluded by admitting that he was allegedly forced to have sex with the girl under duress. A previously unknown detail of his story.
