Shocking Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs “freak off” NDA allegedly leaked
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his team of attorneys have recently filed a set of motions accusing the courts of leaking information to the media. However, all of his claims have been dismissed.
Nonetheless, new potential evidence and information continues to surface with the most recent being a standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA) allegedly given to guests before his supposed “freak offs.”
Although rumours about the alleged “freak offs” continue to emerge, nothing has yet been proven, and it will all remains speculative until the official trial next year. However, many hip-hop fans assume that much of the information is true. One media outlet that continues to level new allegations at the Bad Boy founder is TMZ, and one of their most recent claims is that they possess a suspected NDA that is given to all guests at Combs’ parties.
The publication has labelled it as the “Standard Combs NDA” that is given out to all of the attendees across the board, and at first glance, it allegedly doesn’t appear to be that different from any other kind of NDA. It details what guests can and can’t say about the event and is heavily restrictive. However, it has not been validated as genuine and, for the moment, is assumed to be real.
The document that guests must sign prohibits any people who attend the party from sharing anything with anyone that could potentially leak critical information. It allegedly reads: “You hereby irrevocably agree that you shall not at any time use or disclose directly or indirectly to anyone any of the following information. Artists, Artist parties, and or Artist business activities, entertainment activities, financial affairs and or personal life.”
Although that is only part of the document, other interesting requirements are included, such as the demand that nobody photograph, film or record or have another person photograph, film or record Combs and people in his circle without direct written consent.
Another key condition of the NDA is that nobody can “give interviews, write books or otherwise disseminate information about Diddy or the parties without prior written consent.” Still, one paragraph that has leapt out to fans and avid followers of the case is the length of time that this alleged NDA lasts. It details that it can last for decades and, in some cases, can last for the entire person’s life, plus an additional 20 years after death.
However, only a detailed police investigation will be the only thing that can really confirm this NDA is genuine evidence that may be used against Combs.
