Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sued by former employee for creating hostile work envirmonment

Yet another lawsuit has been filed against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The latest lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles by a former employee of Combs, Phillip Pines. The music mogul hired Pines as an assistant from 2019 to December 2021.

Pines’ attorneys have filed a civil suit alleging that Combs made their client work punishing hours and, as part of his job, forced him to oversee various alleged crimes, including sexual battery, harassment and sex trafficking.

The former employee has alleged that Combs knowingly exposed him to these acts and made him clean up after his “freak offs.” Furthermore, Pines claims he had to prepare the house for one-off sexual escapades the Bad Boy founder allegedly called “Wild King Nights.”

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the male accuser was hired in 2019 and did several jobs for Combs, including getting his food, laying out his clothing, and “being available for Mr Combs at his beck and call.”

Attorneys have claimed that when asked to prepare Combs’ residence for a “Wild King Night”, Pines would have to obtain “red lights, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana joints, honey packs for male libido, baby oil, Astroglide, towels, illegal drugs and power banger sex machines.

An even more alarming claim made by Pines is that, as part of his job, he had to risk prison time by removing evidence of drugs and bodily stains like blood and urine from from all hotel rooms Combs had stayed in. Moreover, he allegedly had to watch any incriminating videos from Combs’ personal devices and delete them. He risked his employment contract being terminated if these tasks were not completed.

Combs’ attorneys have responded to this new lawsuit with a statement reading: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

The lawsuit filed by Philip Pines is extensive, and the most serious allegation contained within it details an incident where Combs, with two female guests, encouraged him to have sex with one of the females. Although Pines allegedly asked the woman, hoping she would reject, according to the ex-employee, she consented, and he was coerced into having sex with the threat of having his employment contract terminated.

So far, it appears Tony Buzbee did not file this lawsuit. Combs currently remains incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. The musician has pleaded guilty to all charges.
