Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ attorneys say the “truth will prevail” following new claims
Six new lawsuits have been filed against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, accusing him of abuse and sexual assault. Four of the latest lawsuits were filed by males, and the alleged crimes date back to 1995.
Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee filed the lawsuits which are some of the 120 civil lawsuits the lawyer has filed against the Bad Boy founder. However, in the wake of these new allegations, Combs’ attorneys have responded, insisting their client is innocent.
In a statement given to The Mirror, the Combs’ legal team wrote, “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defences, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”
One lawsuit filed by Buzbee on behalf of an unnamed male alleges that three of Combs’ security guards physically attacked. It also claims that he was pistol-whipped before the Press Play creator allegedly shouted, “Suck my d**k, Ecko.”
A second set of allegations filed by Buzbee come from a man who worked as a security guard at Combs’s White Party in 2006. The lawsuit claims one of his drinks had been spiked with a psychoactive drug (GBH or ecstasy).
The third lawsuit filed details from a more recent event in 2021, claiming his drink was allegedly spiked with a drug that caused him to become paralysed and “multiple men began to sexually assault him through sodomy and other forced acts.” The victim “distinctly recalled” the Bad Boy founder standing over him naked.
The fourth and final lawsuit filed by Buzbee dates back to a 1998 house party. The female accusers allege similar sexual crimes, with one woman accusing Combs of raping her in a Manhattan Marriott hotel room in 2004 aged 19. She recalls being “fondled, molested, and ultimately raped” while she begged him to stop.
The sixth and final lawsuit filed by Buzbee sees another woman claiming she was “violently struck” by Combs at a party for Biggie Smalls. The Ciroc tycoon is alleged to have “slammed her head against the wall, causing her to fall to the floor.” The lawsuit further alleges that Combs “lifted her dress and raped her vaginally while she lay helpless on the floor.”
Currently, Tony Buzbee represents over 120 clients, all of whom have filed similar lawsuits against Combs, which he denies.
