Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sexual assaulting 10-year-old
Following nemerous lawsuits concerning sexual assault charges Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs is now being faced with a lawsuit revolving around the sexual assault of a minor.
The latest lawsuit was made by lawyer Tony Buzbee, which alleges that Combs had drugged an up-and-coming rapper in a New York City hotel in 2005 while the victim was undergoing an audition. At the time, the rapper, who has preferred to remain anonymous under the pseudonym of John Doe, was in Manhattan for a potential audition.
Going into detail about that night, the lawsuit states that John Doe had been gin Manhattan with his parents for various auditions with industry executives, including a major meeting with Combs.
When discussing the effects of the drugs, the documents alleges that everything started going awry when Combs offered the rapper soda, stating (via Rolling Stone), “After plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling its effects, Combs told plaintiff to move closer to him, which plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, ‘You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes.'”
The statement then goes into detail about how Combs eventually exposed himself to the young rapper and that the victim eventually woke up with his pants undone and trauma to his anus. While the victims had told his parents about what unfolded, he had resisted out of fear of the possible consequences of accusing Combs.
In response to the new accusation, Combs’ legal team said: “The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
What has Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs been accused of?
This follows in a long line of accusations levelled against Combs since late 2023. After various footage had been leaked surrounding his treatment of former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, who had then discussed the various illegal activities that have happened at Combs’ “freak off” parties throughout his time in the spotlight.
Since then, over 120 different alleged victims have come out talking about their mistreatment by Combs and various attendees of these parties, many of whom they claim have high profiles within the music industry. A thorough search has been conducted at the home of Diddy, where authorities seized over 1000 bottles of baby oil.
The music mogul was arrested on September 16th ahead of being charged with sex trafficking and racketeering. Combs is set to plead not guilty to the alleged offences. He is set to face trial in May, 2025.
