Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of drugging personal trainer
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ legal team have had a vast number of lawsuits filed against their client over the last 12 months, and now, another has been added to the list. The latest accusation is made by a male personal trainer to the celebrities of Hollywood who alleges that he was drugged at an afterparty.
The anonymous trainer, named only as John Doe, has detailed an award show afterparty where he was sexually assaulted by unnamed celebrities of both genders, one of whom was allegedly Combs.
One star, who has been listed as ‘Celebrity A’, allegedly forced the trainer to perform oral sex on them, after which they spat in his mouth. The Plaintiff has dated the party as taking place in June, 2022, and graphically detailed a suspected drugging.
After allegedly drinking a strange-tasting beverage at Combs’ LA mansion, the lawsuit alleges that he became unconscious and claims that “while in and out of consciousness, individuals at the party forced Plaintiff into sexual acts with both men and woman.”
The court documents continued, “The Plaintiff’s physical disposition made it impossible for him to reject their advances or otherwise control his body. These individuals, including Combs, essentially passed Plaintiff’s drugged body around like a party favour for their sexual enjoyment.”
The lawsuit, obtained by the New York Post, was filed in a Manhattan court on October 23rd and is one of the many cases that alleges other high-profile people took part in and/or facilitated Combs’ alleged sexual deviancy.
The documents filed by Tony Buzbee on behalf of a male client highlight an unnamed fashion designer as the individual who extended the John Doe an invitation as Combs was impressed by the “training regime” he had provided. Furthermore, it alleges there were offers to appear in a music video.
The lawsuit is unbelievably specific. John Doe allegedly recalls being picked up by a black Lincoln Navigator and alleges he was forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Prior to entering the mansion, this latest Plaintiff claimed he was encouraged to have a drink of tequila soda mixed with cranberry juice and alleges that once he entered Combs’ mansion, he spotted “numerous celebrities.”
Combs is yet to respond to the new lawsuit, but has previously denied all accusations of wrongdoing and plans to plead not guilty to the criminal charges he’s facing.
According to the papers, in separate rooms, “several well-known figures” were “engaging in group-sex activities.” This lawsuit is one of many that have arrived in rapid succession. Due to the anonymity afforded by the court, Combs’ legal team has stated that they are not being granted a genuinely fair trial as they cannot prepare a defence properly.
Combs’ lawyers urged a Manhattan federal judge to force prosecutors to reveal the names, but following this latest development, they have claimed that the majority of the lawsuits are “clear attempts to garner publicity.”
