Kanye West claims Playboi Carti threatened him with a gun
Kanye West has alleged that Playboi Carti threatened him with a gun. According to Ye, the Atlanta rapper was at the Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles with a firearm and informed him of his whereabouts.
The Chicago rapper made his comments on his Twitch stream debut, in which he was banned after minutes due to making a Nazi salute.
“This n*gga told me he was at the Chateau with a gun, n*gga,” he said. “What that mean, n*gga? And the n*gga say he don’t be on the internet. It’s like, if you aren’t on the internet, what are we talking about, then? I ain’t say nothing, then.”
Then, in a post on X, Kanye laughed at Carti, writing, “Carti told me he the worst enemy to have.”
Kanye and Carti have had their issues in recent months. Ye claimed Carti removed him from his Music album and said he crossed the line when requesting vocals from his daughter, North West.
“I DECIDED NORTH WONT BE DOING ANY SONGS WITH CARTI HOW IT LOOK FOR ME TO GET LEFT OFF THE ALBUM AND THEN HE ASK KIM TO HAVE VOCALS FROM MY DAUGHTER,” he wrote on social media. “I DONT A FUCK ABOUT NONE OF THIS INDUSTRY SHIT.”
In March, Kanye threatened to end Carti’s career. “This n*gga is stupid, bro,” he said. “You don’t know, when I’m dealing with my kids, this ain’t your niece, n*gga. This is my daughter, n*gga. Don’t fuck with me, boy! Don’t fucking play with me, n*gga!”
He continued, “You letting these white people use us against each other, you letting these Jews use us against each other, n*gga. I put you on, n*gga!”
