Jack Harlow reveals tracklist for new album ‘Monica’
Jack Harlow has shared the tracklist for his upcoming album ahead of its release later this week.
Last month, the Louisville rapper announced that his new project, Monica, is scheduled to be released on March 13th.
Taking to Instagram this week, Harlow revealed the full tracklist for the album, which is set to include nine songs.
In the caption, he simply wrote, “9 songs. Friday.” The project will include reflective song titles such as ‘Lonesome’, ‘My Winter’, ‘All of My Friends’, and ‘Living Alone’.
Monica has the shortest number of songs of any album Harlow has released so far in his career. His debut album, Thats What They All Say, included 15 songs, as well as the follow-up, Come Home the Kids Miss You.
His last album, Jackman, which dropped in 2023, significantly reduced the length of the tracklist to 10 songs. The project peaked at number eight on the Billboard 200 chart with 33,500 units in its first week.
Like his last three albums, Monica will be released on Atlantic Records. Harlow previously spoke about his goals for the project during an interview with Zane Lowe.
“You know, I ask myself this all the time. Where is the album?” he said. “It’s in process. You know, I’m trying to transcend. You know, I want to do something I’ve never done.”
He continued, “I’m just slowly starting to accept that maybe it’s going to take me longer than any of my past projects if I want to be, you know, like nothing I’ve ever done.”
