Jack Harlow announces surprise new album 'Jackman'

Jack Harlow has announced details of his new album Jackman. The LP is released on April 28th through Generation Now and Atlantic.

The forthcoming album is Harlow’s third full-length project, and serves as the follow-up to his Grammy-nominated 2022 release Come Home The Kids Miss You. The last record included the hit singles ‘Nail Tech’ and ‘First Class’. The Kentucky rapper is yet to reveal the track list for the new album, but he has shared the cover art.

In an Instagram post, Harlow announced the album and wrote: “Jackman. My new album. Out this Friday 4/28.” The musician has forthcoming tour dates in Canada and two shows at the Zouk Nightclub in Las Vegas, the first on May 27th before he returns on July 8th.

Harlow is also set to star in White Men Can’t Jump, which is released in cinemas next month. The rapper plays Jeremy in the film, while Sinqua Walls of American Soul and The Breaks takes on the role of Kamal.

The new film focuses on Jeremy and Kamal, two excellent basketball players, who downplay their talent on the court during street matches in order to con several other ballers out of their betting money. It will be directed by Charles Kidd II and has been written by Kenya Barris, the creator of Black-ishWhite Men Can’t Jump is set to be released on May 19th on Hulu and Disney+.
