Future brings out Travis Scott at Rolling Loud

Future wowed fans by bringing out Travis Scott during his performance at Rolling Loud.

Travis has only played live a handful of times since the tragedy of his Astroworld festival, where ten fans were killed last November after a stampede in the crowd, and hundreds more were left seriously injured. As a result, he cancelled future performances and also halted the release of new music.

Over the last few months, Scott has seemingly grown from the horrific experience, and during a recent concert in New York, the rapper paused the show due to crowd worries. Whereas at Astroworld, he fatefully carried on performing despite what was happening in the crowd.

After Kanye pulled out of Rolling Loud, festival organisers even contacted Scott to replace him as a headliner, but they couldn’t make it work. “We reached out to Travis to headline Rolling Loud, but it couldn’t work in such a short time,” a spokesperson said. “This had nothing to do with any restrictions from the hosting venue Hard Rock Stadium.”

Despite Scott not being able to perform a headline set, he did still turn up with the duo performing ‘Hold That Heat’ and ‘Goosebumps’. This also showed that the rapper wasn’t banned from the festival, despite the rumours which spread after the Astroworld tragedy.
