Foolio’s mother mocks convicted murderers following guilty verdict

The mother of Foolio has mocked his convicted killers following the guilty verdict last week.

Four men, 23-year-old Isaiah Chance, 20-year-old Sean Gathright, 32-year-old Rashad Murphy, and 29-year-old Davion Murphy, were found guilty of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder on May 8th.

One of the men, Gathright, who was also convicted of attempted second-degree murder for injuring other people during the 2024 shooting, broke down in tears in the courtroom after learning the outcome.

Following the decision, Foolio’s mother, Sandrikas Mays, took to social media to troll the convicted killers.

Taking to Instagram, Mays stated that justice had been served while referencing the crying in court.

“JUSTICE 4 FOOLIO !!!” she wrote in the caption. “The Right Get Back !!! G U I L T Y AS CHARGED …. We all gonna cry together!!!! Wat they say ??? Pop a bottle of Don Julio … Let’s Drink up !!!”

In the video she posted, Mays held bottles of Don Julio and a figure of a middle finger while playing YTB Fatt’s ‘Get Back’.

The four men are waiting to be sentenced and set to receive the death penalty or life in prison. A fifth suspect, Alicia Andrews, was found guilty of manslaughter in October 2025 and is awaiting sentencing.

Foolio’s murder came after posting about his 26th birthday online, with his rivals accused of crossing the state to find him. He was killed on June 23rd, 2024, at around 4:30am after allegedly being ambushed by the men, who were armed with a pistol and assault rifles.

Jacksonville rapper Foolio is best known for songs such as ‘Voo Doo’, ‘Dead Opps Pt 2’, ‘Play with Me’, and ‘I Hate You I Love You’.
