Kim Scott, the ex-wife of Eminem, broke down in tears during her latest DUI arrest.

Last week, the 51-year-old was arrested for the second time this year following another drink-driving crash.

Now, TMZ has obtained footage of Kim’s arrest, which shows police officers carrying out sobriety tests and putting her in handcuffs.

In the clip, Kim tells an officer that the lights of a truck blinded her as she turned a corner, causing her to hit another car. While handing over her license and registration, she admits to drinking alcohol earlier in the evening.

In their report, police claimed she was slurring her words, unsteady on her feet, and smelled of alcohol after blowing almost three times over the legal limit.

Kim was taken into custody at Macomb County Jail in M Clemens, Michigan, on May 14th on a suspected driving under the influence charge.

Chesterfield Township Police Department Detective Sergeant Joseph Feld stated that Kim hit a parked car in the 21 Mile Zone near Detroit at around 9:20pm on May 13th.

The latest incident came just days after Kim pleaded no contest to another DUI case dating back to February. She reportedly hit another vehicle and crashed into her garage with children inside the car, leading to charges of operating while impaired and failing to report an accident.

Kim told officers that she had drunk two margaritas before the incident. Speaking to the police, she appeared to have “glossy eyes, slurred/slowed speech, and lethargic demeanour.”

Em met Kim as a teenager in 1988, and they married in 1999 and 2006. However, they divorced in 2007. They share a daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, who was born in 1995.
