50 Cent breaks silence on Ray J’s fight with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs kids
Last month, ‘One Wish’ singer Ray J revealed that at a party in Los Angeles, he was nearly involved in a brawl with the children of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The controversy created a media firestorm that intrigued many people.
On October 26th, Ray J and Combs’ three sons, Christian, Quincy, and Justin, all attended influencer Tara Electra’s Halloween party, where an incident nearly resulted in a fistfight.
In the early hours of October 27th, while at an LA party, the ‘Hit It First’ vocalist was confronted by all three of the Bad Boy founder’s sons. As reported after the event, the singer ended up surrounded by Combs’ family members, after which an argument broke out involving Justin and Christian.
Ray J has spoken a lot about Combs over the years and has made many extraordinary allegations. That said, when the lawsuits against the Press Play creator began surfacing last year, the singer insisted he would expose him and other unnamed celebrities who he claimed were privy to the reported “freak offs.”
Since the incident with Combs’ kids, Ray J has made various news appearances and, most recently, decided to join Nicki Minaj on an Instagram Live, where she confronted the vocalist, screaming, “Do you think it’s funny?! You seem like you’re joking about it when there are several people traumatized. You don’t know what the f**k to do with yourself, huh!”
Although Minaj was obviously angry with the singer, 50 Cent found the entire debacle quite amusing. Taking to X, the Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ creator posted, “YO THIS SH*T GOT ME CRYING. She said what!” He then reposted a clip of the exchange, stating, “JUSTIN and them gonna f**k you up.”
Fifty is not exactly in Combs’ good graces and has been insinuating various things about the mogul for years. More specifically, in reference to his parties, although ‘Ryder Music’ never explicitly said anything defamatory. Until now, many considered it to be his trademark trolling.
As for Ray J he currently wants to look past all of this and during his live with Minaj apologised, telling her, “I got over cocky and said some things that were out of bounds. I said some over-the-top things that had to do with sodomy and other things, and I wasn’t proud of myself about what I did.”
He concluded in a post, “Let’s build each other up!! Let’s learn how to make adjustments in negative situations. Talk it out. We squashed it! To live doesn’t mean you’re alive. You are the one who told me that! — Thank you!! Damn Can I tell them about the PEACE! I take full accountability!! ILL DO BETTER!!”
