Wu-Tang Clan’s Ghostface Killah remixes Silk Sonic’s ‘Leave The Door Open’

Ghostface Killah has remixed Silk Sonic’s groovy debut single, ‘Leave The Door Open’.

The full remix isn’t available yet, but it should drop on streaming services soon. DJ Pete Rosenberg has already confirmed that Ghostface had sent him across the track, and now a snippet of it has emerged online.

Silk Sonic arrived in March this year and is the new project by Anderson .Paak, and Bruno Mars. So far, they’ve only released the one track, which topped the charts in the States and became a giant hit. The duo even performed the track live at this year’s Grammys. The debut album from the pair is expected later this year, but there is still no release date.

“That’s the difference and you’re really creating a groove from scratch,”.Paak previously said about ‘Leave The Door Open’ to Zane Lowe.

“You guys are trying to figure out what’s going to work. What’s the math behind this that’s going to get everybody feeling good? What is it? Is it too heavy? Is it not heavy enough? And especially with this song, it’s a song that requires so much patience and delicate.”

It’s unknown when the full version of Ghostface’s remix will arrive, but for now, you’ll have to settle for the preview.
