Vince Staples announces ‘Cry Baby Tour’
Vince Staples has announced that he’s going on tour in support of his new album.
The Long Beach rapper released his latest project, Cry Baby, earlier this month, serving as his first independent album and one that experiments with rock and post-punk.
On June 16th, Staples revealed that he’s hitting the road with his Cry Baby Tour, which will see him travel across North America later this year.
The tour will find him performing in Austin, Dallas, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Boston, Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, San Francisco, and many other major cities.
Confirming the dates via a poster on Instagram, he wrote in the caption, “Announcing the Cry Baby Tour. On sale this Friday, June 19.”
Cry Baby was released on June 5th, supported by the singles ‘Blackberry Marmalade’, ‘White Flag’, and ‘Cotton’.
Before the project was released, Vince said, “As the world burns, I have decided to release this album.” It served as the follow-up to Dark Times, which came out in 2024.
Vince last went on tour in 2024 as part of the Black in America Tour and Black in Europa Tour. Before that, he supported Tyler, The Creator in 2024 on the Call Me If You Get Lost Tour.
