Unnamed woman accuses Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of sexual assault

Bad Boy founder Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs is facing yet another lawsuit as an unnamed woman has anonymously filed a case against him for allegedly sexually assaulting her after allegedly spiking her drink at a Los Angeles club in 2016.

The accuser, named only as Jane Doe, claims that she visited the West Coast city in November of 2016 and was approached by Combs and his entourage at the Club Playhouse.

The lawsuit was filed in New York State Supreme Court and details the alleged verbal abuse Jane Doe was subject to before the incident, with one of the paragraphs asserting that after a drink was offered but declined, Combs allegedly replied, “Bitch, I’m not asking you. Drink that sh*t and shut the f*ck up.”

The woman claims she “felt compelled to drink the beverage after he forcefully slid the glass towards her.” The No Way Out creator allegedly hugged her with one arm and then “shoved his left hand up her skirt, forcefully penetrating her with his fingers while telling the plaintiff, “Bitch, I do what I want, take that sh*t.”

The lawsuit claims that Jane Doe attempted to push Combs away, but the emcee stayed put while “appearing amused by her distress.” The court documents obtained by PEOPLE magazine show that the anonymous accuser recalls feeling woozy and disorientated as she took a cab back to her hotel. It adds that by the time she arrived at the hotel, she “felt dizzy, light-headed, and unable to stand without support.”

It concludes that when she woke up, she found tearing and bruising around her genital area, “likely resulting from the assault.” This is one of many lawsuits filed accusing Combs of sexual misconduct. The rap mogul has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.

Marc Agnifilo, the head of Combs’ legal team, has released a statement reading, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Combs’ attorneys continued, “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

More than ten civil lawsuits are expected to be filed against Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs within the coming days. The announcement was made by Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee, who has filed multiple civil lawsuits against the incarcerated mogul and, last year, insisted he had more than 120 clients. For now, Combs remains in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Centre and denies all allegations of wrongdoing.

Buzbee has not only filed lawsuits against Combs but was responsible for a lawsuit which named Jay-Z as a participant in an alleged 2000 rape at a VMAs afterparty. However, Jay-Z has fiercely denied these allegations and has asked the court to dismiss the case multiple times.
