Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of raping male street performer in 2022

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has been hit with another lawsuit as he sits in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Centre. The latest accuser, who has filed the lawsuit anonymously, alleging that the Bad Boy founder orally raped him and made him have anal sex after spiking his drink.

The accuser, who is simply named as John Doe in the court papers, claims he was a busker, singing and playing guitar on the streets of LA when he was approached by a “fake” talent scout outside a nightclub in 2022. John Doe alleges that the scout invited him to a Diddy party at one of Combs’ private residences.

This latest accuser states that when he arrived at Combs’ mansion, the No Way Out creator sat him down and asked him to speak about his ambitions in the music industry. However, Doe also claims that he complimented Combs on his necklace and asked to see the musician’s jewellery collection, after which he was allegedly escorted to a private room.

According to John Doe, it was when he was on the way to the room that he began to feel drowsy, off-kilter and slightly euphoric. When he arrived in what he was led to believe was the jewellery room, the accuser realised there was nothing there. Allegedly, Combs asked, “Have you ever sucked a d*ck before?” He claims he told Diddy “no”, and Diddy responded, “You should try it,” while exposing his penis.

Following this, it is alleged that Combs made him perform oral sex by grabbing the man’s face and shoving his penis into his mouth. The accuser added that he continued to become more sedated by the alleged drugs as Combs supposedly undressed him and anally raped him.

The court papers obtained by TMZ see the alleged victim asserting that when he woke up from the assault, he was on an IV drip and was driven back to the nightclub where he was busking. He insists that he has never seen or heard from Combs since that day but has suffered an extreme amount of emotional pain, mental anguish, and humiliation due to the actions of Combs. As such, he is suing Combs for damages.

Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee, who is representing dozens of alleged Diddy victims, filed the suit. Combs’ legal team have responded to the lawsuit, stating, “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

Combs is yet to respond to the lawsuit.
