Tony Buzbee, lawyer fighting Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, sued for allegedly giving former partner an STD

Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee has become the legal face of the Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs saga and has previously claimed he has over 120 clients ready and waiting to file civil lawsuits against the Bad Boy founder. However, the attorney has not had an easy ride recently.

Not only is he in a legal stalemate with Jay-Z and Roc Nation, but it has now also been alleged that he gave a woman a sexually transmitted disease (STD). On December 19th, a lawsuit was filed in the New York Supreme Court, which alleges that once left a woman with a venereal disease. The lawsuit, filed anonymously by an accuser only identified as Jane Doe, alleges that the attorney not only gave her an STD but has also been taking advantage of her since 2018.

The accuser claims that the attorney charmed her and asked her out on a date in 2018 after meeting online. Following this, the pair allegedly went on a date in Houston, where they had dinner and saw a show. After the date, Buzbee supposedly booked a room at a five-star hotel where they engaged in consensual sexual intercourse.

However, the accuser has insisted that Buzbee engaged in this act with the full knowledge that he had an STD. The disease is not specified or revealed in the lawsuit. The female insists that after she left the hotel the following day, she began to “feel uncomfortable sensations around her groin.”

As such, she supposedly sought the advice of a doctor who ran several tests on her and informed her that she had an STD. The accuser asserts that she told Buzbee but recalls that he seemed unsurprised by the news. The anonymous female claims this is because Buzbee already knew he had a sexually transmitted disease.

According to the lawsuit, Buzbee allegedly asked her not to disclose her diagnosis to anyone and vowed to provide free legal advice in return for her silence. The woman insists that she was filled with shame and grief but continued to have sex with Buzbee, who allegedly regularly threatened her in order to keep his STD a secret.

The woman says Buzbee invited her on trips to Panama and New York City, where he owned a home. As initially reported by TMZ, the lawsuit alleges Buzbee flew into a fit of rage and pushed a champagne flute into her face while they were at a bar during one of their stays in New York City.

Concerning evidence, the female alleges she has both medical and dental records to prove she suffered the injuries, including a chipped tooth. Buzbee has responded to the lawsuit, insisting that the anonymous female filed it to discredit him and his firm as he continues to pursue claims in the Diddy litigation. He calls the suit “false, frivolous, laughable and ridiculous” and asserts it will be dismissed like other suits.
