
Spotify reveals the most-streamed rappers of all time
Spotify has revealed the most-streamed rappers of all time to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
To mark two decades of the streaming service, Spotify celebrated the occasion by sharing the most-streamed artists, songs, albums, podcasts, and audiobooks.
Taking to Instagram, Spotify wrote, “In celebration of 20 years of Spotify, we’re revealing our most-streamed of all time for the first time ever.”
In the list of all genres, Drake is positioned at number three, making him the most-streamed rapper in the history of the platform.
Further down the list is Eminem at number nine, Kanye West at number 10, Travis Scott at number 11, and Post Malone at number 13. Closing out the biggest rappers are Kendrick Lamar at number 18, Future at number 19, and Juice WRLD at number 20.
Rappers also dominate the most-streamed albums, with Post Malone’s Hollywood’s Bleeding at number seven and Beerbongs and Bentleys at number 12. XXXTENTACION’s ? comes in at number 13, with Drake’s Views at number 17 and Scorpion at number 19.
As for songs, Post Malone and Swae Lee’s ‘Sunflower’ is number seven on the list, with Drake’s ‘One Dance’ at number eight. The Kid LAROI’s ‘Stay’ is also at number 10.
The news of Drake being the biggest rapper since Spotify launched comes after it was announced that he ended 2025 as the platform’s most-streamed rapper for the 11th year in a row, totalling 18 billion streams.
His dominance is set to continue in 2026 with the release of his new album, Iceman, which is scheduled to arrive on May 15th. Drizzy announced the upcoming release date by hiding it inside a giant ice sculpture in his hometown of Toronto.
