Soulja Boy requests DNA test for three-year-old son
Soulja Boy has requested a DNA test for his three-year-old son.
The 35-year-old rapper became a dad for the first time in 2022, but now he’s questioning whether he’s really the father of the child.
According to TMZ, Soulja stated that he would split the costs of the pregnancy and their legal battle if it’s proven he’s the dad.
Jackilyn Martinez sued Soulja in October 2025, asking for legal and physical custody of KeAndre Way while remaining open to visitation rights.
After reaching out to him to discuss the paternity case, her lawyer claimed that Soulja had been responding with profanity over emails.
Telling Soulja to have his lawyer contact her, she allegedly said, “Based on your conversation with Jackilyn, it sounds like you both want to resolve the [lawsuit] amicably, expeditiously, and privately.”
Soulja is accused of replying, “Fuck you. Stop emailing me, you dumb bitch. There will be no litigation or settlement idk who the fuck u think u talking to.”
Jackilyn claimed the rapper sometimes “sends me money for our son, after I have begged him to do so,” but mostly supports herself. She asked for formal orders for child support while alleging that Soulja is “extremely volatile” and “intentionally preventing this matter from moving forward.”
Following KeAndra’s birth in September 2022, Soulja celebrated the news of his first child on social media. He wrote, “Lil Soulja daddy love u,” and “THANK YOU GOD. SUCH A BLESSING. DEAR SON I WILL LOVE U FOREVER.”
In terms of music, Soulja released his latest project, DRIP, in May this year, comprising 13 songs. It served as the follow-up to Swag 7, which dropped in October 2025.
