Soulja Boy accused of calling his baby mother’s lawyer a “dumb bitch”
Soulja Boy has been accused of calling the mother of his child a “dumb bitch.”
Jackilyn Martinez filed a lawsuit against Soulja in October 2025, seeking legal and physical custody of their three-year-old son, KeAndre, while remaining open to visitation rights.
However, according to Jackilyn’s attorney, the rapper has been responding with profanity over emails.
Documents obtained by TMZ allege that the lawyer reached out to Soulja after he called to discuss the paternity lawsuit.
Her attorney allegedly told Soulja to have his lawyer contact her, adding, “Based on your conversation with Jackilyn, it sounds like you both want to resolve the [lawsuit] amicably, expeditiously, and privately.”
However, Soulja is accused of replying, “Fuck you. Stop emailing me, you dumb bitch. There will be no litigation or settlement idk who the fuck u think u talking to.”
Jackilyn allegedly attempted to serve Soulja at one of his concerts, but was unsuccessful. She claims the rapper sometimes “sends me money for our son, after I have begged him to do so,” but mostly supports herself.
She wants formal orders for child support while claiming that he’s “extremely volatile” and “intentionally preventing this matter from moving forward.”
Jackilyn recently called out Soulja on Instagram, writing, “When your BD got you blocked and the rent is due so the saxophones got louder.” Soulja replied, “She better call Drake.”
Their son, KeAndre, was born in September 2022. Celebrating on social media at the time, Soulja wrote, “Lil Soulja daddy love u.” He previously said, “THANK YOU GOD. SUCH A BLESSING. DEAR SON I WILL LOVE U FOREVER.”
Soulja and Jackilyn have had an on-and-off relationship over the years, and it’s unclear when they officially broke up.
