Shots fired at A$AP Rocky and Rihanna’s home in Los Angeles

A$AP Rocky and Rihanna’s Los Angeles home was the target of a shooting over the weekend.

Police officers were called to the couple’s house in Beverly Hills on March 8th at around 1:15pm following reports of a shooting.

According to CBS News, multiple shots were fired at their home. After police arrived, officers located a female suspect and took her into custody without further incident.

Los Angeles Police Department officials say that the woman, who is in her 30s, was parked outside their house and fired seven shots before driving away from the scene.

Her white Tesla was found at the Sherman Oaks Galleria shopping centre, around eight miles away from Rocky and Rihanna’s home.

No injuries were reported, and police officers seized the gun. They also found assault rifle casings at the property.

TMZ reports that Rihanna was inside the property at the time. It’s unclear whether Rocky or their three children, RZA, Riot, Rose and Rocki, were present. As of now, the suspect’s identity hasn’t been publicly identified, and it’s unknown what prompted the incident.

A local resident told reporters, “I was just washing dishes in my house, and I heard shots. I was a little shocked, you know. We don’t hear that kind of thing in this neighbourhood. It’s pretty quiet.” After hearing Rihanna was home, she said, “Oh no, that’s terrible. Nobody should have to deal with that.”

Rihanna and Rocky have been dating since around 2020. Their three kids are aged three, two, and five months old.

The Harlem rapper released his latest album, Don’t Be Dumb, in January. It debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart with 123,000 units in its first week.
