Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs facing possible punishment for breaking prison rules

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs is facing potential discipline for violating prison rules after arriving at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.

The Bad Boy rapper only moved from the Metropolitan Detention Center last month, but has already been hit with allegations.

According to CBS News, Combs has been accused of making an unauthorised three-person call shortly after being transferred to Fort Dix.

The Bureau of Prisons forbids inmates from adding multiple people to a call, with Combs facing a loss of phone privileges. However, his spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, alleged that the call was initiated by an attorney, and not himself.

“He is in the drug treatment program and he is working in the chapel library,” she told People. “The phone call he was on was initiated by an attorney and it was attorney client privilege and appropriate.”

A source told TMZ that the call took place on November 3rd and was between Combs and two family members.

The news comes shortly after it was reported that Combs was caught drinking alcohol in prison. He was allegedly in possession of homemade alcohol, made up of Fanta, sugar and apples, which is left for two weeks to ferment into an alcoholic substance.

The allegation was denied in a post on the rapper’s official X account. “The rumours claiming Mr Combs was caught with alcohol are completely false,” the post read. “His only focus is becoming the best version of himself and returning to family.”

Combs was sentenced to 50 months in prison in October after being found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution. He’s currently set to be released on May 8th, 2028.
