Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs features in son’s new vlog
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing a lot of scrutiny at the moment, and by his extension, so is his family. Despite the Bad Boy founder having pleaded not guilty, many fans have already come to a conclusion about the producer and are critical of his family, especially his older sons, who were often seen at the mogul’s events.
That said, Combs’ son, Quincy Brown, recently shared a trailer on his YouTube page announcing the start of a new show entitled Just A Vlog. His adopted father appears in the video, and fans are outraged that the 33-year-old is attempting to shed his father in a positive light amid allegations of sexual assault.
In the trailer, Brown talks vaguely about situations and stated, “It’s actually never as it seems,” he continues, “I’m always doing something. Always. And that’s what makes this life a journey.” Fans have labelled the trailer as “tone deaf” and suggested that he pipe down as his family are not America’s good graces.
After seeing the trailer, people took to X in droves to lambast Quincy. One user wrote, “This is not a good idea for them lol they actually need to be laying under a rock right now out of sight atm lol it seems like they love attention, good or bad lol.” While another commented, “Given the joint statement just put out I think this will only make them look worse, which I imagine isn’t the point, and here I thought we wouldn’t hear from them until after the trial.”
Although Combs’ family are totally innocent at the moment and have no involvement in the case in a legal capacity, they are taking a lot of the brunt of people’s anger at the Press Play creator. Earlier this month, the family released a joint statement reading: “The past month has devastated our family. Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiralled into absurdity on social media.”
They continued, “We stand united, supporting you every step of the way, We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family. WE MISS YOU & LOVE YOU DAD.” They turned off comments on the post.
Although Combs’ is innocent until proven guilty the court of public opinion has been extremely harsh on Diddy. However, it has also been a tough time for his family and those who associated with him in the past.
