Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces another lawsuit over an alleged rape under threat of violence

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs continues to find himself on the receiving end of allegations as he is currently facing another lawsuit from a woman who alleges the disgraced music mogul raped her at a hotel in Manhattan when she was just 19 years old.

The woman, who is currently only identifying as Jane Doe within the filing, states that she met Diddy at a photoshoot for Da Band in 2004. After the photoshoot, he invited her and one of her friends to an afterparty. Before going to the party, she alleges they stopped by Combs’s hotel room, where she states the incident occurred.

The lawsuit claims that once in his hotel room, Combs said, “You know what you are here for.” It then states, “Combs continued getting gradually more aggressive with the two women and eventually began forcibly touching them without consent.”

It continues, “When they resisted, Combs ordered Ms Doe’s friend to perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed. Once she was undressed, Combs forced himself on her and began to sexually assault her. Combs fondled, molested, and ultimately raped Ms Doe, all while she was begging him to stop.”

This new alleged victim has opted to work with Texan attorney Tony Buzbee. Buzbee made headlines recently after claiming he would be acting on behalf of 120 more alleged victims of the music mogul.

“When we talk about the ages of the victims when the conduct occurred, it’s shocking,” said Buzbee in a recent press conference, “Our youngest victim at the time of the occurrence was nine years old. We have an individual who was 14 years old. We have one who was 15.” Buzbee has previously stated that in the coming weeks and months, he will begin filing lawsuits in the relevant States.

Buzbee has also confirmed that these incidents don’t stop at Combs. He said in previous press conferences that many powerful people have enabled this cycle of abuse. “We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors,” he said, “We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates. Many powerful people […] many dirty secrets.”

Combs’s legal team has yet to comment on the most recent allegation; however, their stance will likely not have changed. When confronted with the 120 proposed charges, Erica Wolff, head of Combs legal team, said, “As Mr Combs legal team has emphasised, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.”

She continued, “That said, Mr Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”
