Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs denies “meritless” sexual battery allegations
Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has responded to the recent sex battery allegations against him by calling them “meritless.”
Combs was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution earlier this year and sentenced to 50 months behind bars.
This week, it was reported that the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department was investigating new claims against the Bad Boy rapper.
Music producer John Hay alleged that the Bad Boy rapper assaulted him twice, in 2020 and 2021, reporting the incidents to police in Largo, Florida.
Hay claims that in one incident, he was lured to a meeting where his head was covered and Combs attempted to force him to perform oral copulation.
On another occasion, he alleges that Combs gave him drugs and watched porn on his phone before masturbating with one of Biggie Smalls’ old shirts and throwing it at him.
Responding to the claims, Combs’ attorney, Jonathan Davis, told the BBC, “As Mr Combs’ legal team has repeatedly stated for over a year now, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus. Let me make it absolutely clear, Mr Combs categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone.”
He added, “He looks forward to vindicating himself in court, where such matters are decided – and not in the media – based on admissible, material evidence, not rank speculation and unsubstantiated allegations.”
Combs is currently located at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after being moved from Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center last month. He’s scheduled to be released on June 4th, 2028, after the date was pushed back from May 8th, 2028.
