Sheriff investigating new Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sexual assault claims

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs is under investigation in Los Angeles over new allegations of sexual assault, dating back to 2020 and 2021.

Combs is currently behind bars at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after being sentenced to 50 months in prison on prostitution charges.

However, in new claims, a music producer alleges that the Bad Boy rapper assaulted him twice. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department initiated the probe due to the alleged incidents taking place in East Los Angeles.

The man, who is named John Doe in the lawsuit but recently revealed himself as John Hay, initially reported the incidents to the police in Largo, Florida.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Doe claims he was subjected to sexual acts while working on a remix project for Biggie Smalls. The man claims he was at a Los Angeles warehouse in December 2020 that contained some of Biggie’s old clothing.

Combs allegedly “provided drugs to everyone present. Everyone there was running around the warehouse and tripping on the drugs.” Doe claims Combs also “started watching porn on his cell phone, grabbed one of Biggie’s shirts off a rack, and began to masturbate with it in front of the plaintiff.”

The rapper allegedly threw the shirt at the man and laughed while saying, “Rest in peace, Biggie,” before exiting the room.

Then, in March 2021, Doe claims Biggie’s son lured him to a meeting where his head was covered and Combs allegedly tried “to force plaintiff to perform oral copulation on Combs, while plaintiff’s head was still covered.”
