Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of threatening rape victim with Tupac Shakur murder
Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has been accused of using Tupac Shakur’s murder to intimidate an alleged rape victim.
Combs is currently in prison after being found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution last year, serving a 50-month sentence.
According to a new lawsuit obtained by the New York Post, a man named Steve Otis has made fresh allegations against Combs.
Otis claims he worked as a male escort in 2012. He alleges that Combs drugged and anally raped him at a hotel in Midtown Manhattan that year. From there, he claims Combs issued a death threat by referencing Tupac’s death in a way to silence him.
He recalls Combs allegedly saying, “You better not say a word to anybody about this. I’m not fucking playing with you. If I can get Pac hit, what the fuck do you think can happen to you?”
The lawsuit claims, “Combs’ death threats were open-ended and self-enforcing: silence or death.”
Otis says that Combs told him to have sex with a woman “for multiple hours, degrading her.” This allegedly involved intercourse without a condom, before ejaculating inside and on her.
While he was in the bathroom, Otis claims Combs grabbed his penis while masturbating. He alleges the rapper then put his finger and penis into his anus without consent. The suit added that Otis “continually told Combs to stop, screaming ‘no’ because he was in pain.”
Combs is behind bars at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey and is scheduled to be released from prison in 2028.
