Real Boston Richey accused of choking pregnant girlfriend with death threats
Real Boston Richey has been charged with felony family violence after being accused of choking his pregnant girlfriend. Tatiana Chanell alleges the Florida rapper (real name Jalen Foster) violently assaulted her on March 30th, 2025.
The incident allegedly took place at a nightclub in Houston called Sekai. Tatiana, who has over 400,000 Instagram followers, claims the night took a left turn after Richey snatched her phone out of her hand. In her statement, she says Richey forced her into the back of a car and stopped her from escaping.
Tatiana alleges he choked her around 20 times over two hours and that she lost consciousness several times and vomited inside the car on two occasions. She claims she “felt dizzy, lightheaded, tense and weak” and stopped breathing for up to 10 seconds during the times she was strangled.
According to documents obtained by The Neighborhood Talk, Tatiana was allegedly four to six weeks pregnant at the time Richey was accused of attacking her. The assault reportedly stopped after a mutual friend intervened.
The lawsuit says Tatiana “felt as though she was going to die.” Richey allegedly told her, “If you call the police, I might as well kill you.” She’s now pressing charges against him amid footage of the incident surfacing online.
In December, Tatiana called out Richey for allegedly sharing an explicit video of her performing oral sex on him. She described him as a “child molester” and “creep who exposes girls.”
Richey is signed to Future’s Freebandz label and has over 800,000 Instagram followers. He released his new album, Richey Rich, in November 2024 through Epic Records, with features from Lil Yachty and GloRilla. The project contains his biggest song, ‘Help Me’, with almost 60 million Spotify streams.
His latest single, ‘One Hit Wonder’, was released on Valentine’s Day and has racked up 1.5 million streams on Spotify since.
