Ray J’s ex-girlfriend admits to “slapping the dog shit” out of him
Ray J has spoken out about his ex-girlfriend assaulting him following an incident that took place over the weekend.
Police rushed to the ‘One Wish’ singer’s house on February 21st after receiving reports of a domestic violence incident with a former partner.
They arrived at his home at around 2am, but neither party was willing to confirm what actually happened.
Following the incident, Shila Hasanoff admitted that she “slapped the dog shit out of him” after claiming she was trying to stop him from jumping off a ledge. “I let my emotions get the best of me, and I slapped him,” she said, stating she regrets her actions.
Following her comments, Ray J has now addressed the situation, claiming he’s not suicidal while detailing the assault.
“I’m feeling good right now,” he told TMZ. “I’m not suicidal at this moment – I don’t need to call a hotline. I’m perfectly stable. On the night of the incident, she was very aggressive with all the stuff going on. She put her hands on me, and I literally got up out of there.”
He continued, “Situations like that, you get out of there to settle down the situation. Was I suicidal in that moment? I don’t know what I was feeling. She slapped me out of control. I didn’t know if it was March or April. My back tooth is loose. It was a massive blow. Hell yeah, I called 911 because I left the hotel, and she followed me.”
Ray J added that they’ve since patched things up, saying, “Her apology was sincere and weird at the same time, but we’re on good terms.”
The singer recently claimed he would die in 2027 after being hospitalised with pneumonia and heart pains.
