Police swarm Ray J’s home over alleged domestic violence
Police were called to the home of Ray J over the weekend following reports of a domestic violence incident.
Los Angeles Police Department officers arrived at the singer’s home at around 2am on February 21st. The suspect was allegedly an ex-partner, a 30-year-old Persian female, who was wearing yellow at the time.
According to TMZ, when officers arrived at the scene, no one was willing to speak about the incident. As of now, officers can’t move forward with the case without a confirmed victim or witness.
They eventually left the premises without any arrest or even a police report. It’s unclear who contacted law enforcement.
In November, Ray was arrested after allegedly pulling a gun on his ex-wife during a live stream. He was charged with making criminal threats.
In the clip, Princess Love accused him of pointing a gun at her and their daughter, before calling him a “woman abuser.”
Ray J was hospitalised in Las Vegas in January after suffering from pneumonia and heart pains. When he was released, he claimed his heart was only beating at 25% and that he would die next year.
“2027 is definitely a wrap for me. That’s what they say,” Ray told his fans in a video posted online. A friend then told him, “Don’t say that, fuck the doctor,” prompting Ray to shake his head and put his face in his hands.
Ray continued, “I shouldn’t have went this hard, bro. My baby mama gonna be straight, my kids gonna be straight, if they wanna spend all the money, they can spend it. I did my part here.”
Speaking on his wishes post-death, he said, “And damn, when it’s all done, burn me, don’t bury me.”
