Pretty Ricky’s Baby Blue calls for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ release from New Jersey prison

Pretty Ricky member Baby Blue has called for Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs to be released from prison.

Combs is currently behind bars at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey amid a 50-month sentence on charges of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Over the weekend, Blue took to Instagram to share a video of Diddy’s son, Justin Combs, lip-syncing Pretty Ricky’s ‘Can’t Live Without You’.

In the caption, he pushed for the rapper to be released from prison to return to his family.

“This Sunday I wanna send a prayer up for @princejdc @kingcombs and the rest of Puff’s kids, family and friends,” he wrote to his 399,000 followers. “They’ve had to endure the trauma of separation from their father and learn how to cope without his physical presence. I pray they’ll be reunited with him sooner than later. We all make mistakes. Forgiveness is apart of human nature. #FreeDiddy!”

He continued, “We love you all and appreciate what you’ve done for the culture. I literally remember being in bed rapping ‘Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down! When I was 10/11 years old! Prince DC, stay strong lil bro! Tell the family Blue & Pretty Ricky rocking with yall. This too shall pass! It’ll be over soon. Just put God at the center of your life and everything will be okay.”

Blue isn’t the only musician to call for Diddy’s release over the years, with everyone from Kanye West to Yung Miami supporting his case.

In a letter to the judge, his ex-girlfriend, Miami, previously wrote, “More than anything, he’s a father, and his kids are the ones who look up to him the most. They need him. His presence, love, and guidance matter deeply in their lives.”
