Offset surprised his fans with Cardi B at Rolling Loud Miami

Atlanta rapper and former member of Migos, Offset, recently surprised his fans when he brought out a special guest at his rolling Loud Miami performance. Halfway through his set, the ‘Red Room’ musician did the unexpected by welcoming his wife and mother of his children Cardi B to perform alongside him.

Cardi and Offset have a number of tracks together, including ‘Clout,’ ‘Motorsport’ and ‘Lick.’ The two rappers met in 2016 and have been a couple since February 2017. They got married later that year in September. The pair have two children, a daughter named Kulture, born in 2019 and a son named Wave, born in 2021.

This year’s Rolling Loud Miami took place at the Hard Rock Stadium, and following a tribute to his late Migos counterpart Takeoff, the Bronx superstar that is Cardi B surprised the audience by walking on stage screaming, “What the fuck is good, motherfuckers?”

As expected, the husband and wife rapped their hits alongside each other, most notably 2018’s ‘MotorSport’ from Migos’ third studio album, Culture II and 2019’s ‘Clout’, ripped from Offset’s debut studio album, Father Of 4.

This Rolling Loud Miami performance is one of the first since Offset and his longtime friend Quavo performed together at the 2023 BET Awards in honour of their late friend Takeoff.

Following that performance, Offset spoke to Variety magazine about Takeoff’s passing and revealed, “Talking about Take is hard, man… He’s not here – that shit feels fake, bro. I get through my day thinking it’s fake. And I don’t say nothing to nobody about it.”

Always there to support each other following his heartfelt tribute performance earlier this year, Cardi tweeted, “Proud of the boys” and “I can’t take it right now,” along with crying emojis. The husband and wife musical duo are preparing to release music later this year, and via Instagram, Cardi told her followers to “expect heat from [her] this summer.”
