Nigel Farage calls for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ prison release in newly surfaced video
A video has surfaced of Nigel Farage calling for Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs to be released from prison.
The British politician, who serves as leader of the right-wing political party, Reform UK, has faced backlash over the years for his Cameo videos.
The video-sharing site allows celebrities to send personal videos to fans in exchange for money, with Farage often going viral for agreeing to say controversial messages.
In a newly surfaced clip, obtained by The Guardian, Farage pleads for Combs’ freedom. “I’ve got to roast Newcastle and say free Diddy, eat Shankly,” he says in the video. “And if in doubt, let’s control our borders.”
Combs is currently serving four years and two months in prison after being convicted of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was sentenced in October 2025, while being acquitted of the more serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.
The clip came about after a user paid £82 for Farage to send a message for someone named Kieron, who was celebrating his 17th birthday in March 2025. At the time, Combs was awaiting trial while being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn without bail.
Farage has charged £370,000 since joining Cameo in 2021. However, on March 19th, he stopped using the platform, with his page stating he was “unavailable.”
In a statement this week, a spokesperson for the politician said, “Mr Farage has recorded many thousands of videos for genuine supporters to celebrate weddings, congratulate friends or send novelty messages. At that scale, the occasional mistake can occur.”
They added that the videos “should not be treated as political statements or campaign activity.”
