New lawsuit alleges Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs assaulted woman over Tupac Shakur comment

Another allegation has been added to the growing list of accusations made against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’. On October 15th, another case was filed against the disgraced music mogul regarding an incident that allegedly occurred in 2018.

The case has been brought forward by a woman named Ashley Parham. She claims that on the night in question, she taunted Diddy and admitted to making an off-hand remark about his alleged involvement in the murder of Tupac Shakur. After the comments were made, she stated that Combs targeted her. He eventually assaulted Parham with a TV remote.

According to Parham’s case, her initial encounter with Diddy occurred over FaceTime, where she alleged that he played a part in Tupac’s death. Apparently, Combs became very serious after hearing her remarks and then responded by telling her that she would “pay” for what she said.

A month later, Parham stated that she had been invited to somebody’s home in Orlando. She said that when she arrived, it was clear she had been set up, as Combs was waiting for her to get there. As she walked in, Parham claims that the music mogul grabbed her and held a knife to her face before reportedly saying he would give her a “Glasgow smile.” This means that he would cause a wound to her face by cutting a smile into both sides.

Parham says that Combs then took his clothes off and covered her body in what she described as a “Liquid-like” substance. She then said that Combs used a TV remote to sexually assault her.

Afterwards, Parham claims that Combs threatened to make her disappear before proceeding to rape her and instructing two men to do the same. She states that Combs then made derogatory comments about her body and offered to pay her to make their encounter consensual.

According to the court documents, Parham turned down the offer and threatened to go to the police right away, but Combs threatened the safety of her family if she said anything. Parham has now filed her lawsuit using lawyers Ariel Mitchell and Shawn Perez. Diddy’s legal team has not commented on the allegations brought forward; however, he has persistently pled not guilty to every allegation brought his way.

Combs is set to face trial in May, 2025, after he was charged last month on three charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.
