Mystikal sued by woman he pleaded guilty to raping in Louisiana

Mystikal has been sued by the woman he was convicted of raping.

The New Orleans rapper was sentenced to 20 years in prison last week after pleading guilty to third-degree rape.

According to TMZ, the anonymous woman has filed a civil lawsuit against the rapper, claiming she suffered emotional distress and physical injuries and was forced to take time off work.

In the documents, the woman alleges she went to the rapper’s home in Prairieville, Louisiana, where he accused her of stealing money.

From there, she claims he hit her in the face and choked her until she nearly lost consciousness. As a result, she says she suffered bruises, scrapes, a laceration, missing hair, and a broken fingernail.

He allegedly forced her to strip down before spitting in her face, rubbing alcohol on her, and swinging a pair of scissors violently.

Mystikal allegedly prayed and apologised with his head on her chest, before bending her over and raping her vaginally and anally without protection.

The rapper is accused of looking for the alleged stolen money before forcing her to send him $150.

In an Ascension Parish courtroom, the victim recalled the moment he allegedly punched her, choked her, pulled braids out of her hair, and forcibly raped her. In response, he said, “If I did that to you, I deserve the max sentence.”

Speaking on the sentencing, Mystikal’s son said, “You know, I feel bad for the victim as well as my father. Nobody wins from these situations. It’s hard for both parties, to be honest.” In a message to his father, he said, “I hope you get the help you need. I really hope you do.”
