Megan Thee Stallion’s performance at the iHeart Radio Music Awards saw the rapper play the piano by twerking during her performance of ‘Sweetest Pie’.
She took to the stage at the ceremony to deliver a rendition of her new single with Dua Lipa at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. While Lipa wasn’t there, Megan brought out all of the stops for her performance which even included her throwing a custard pie at one of her dancers.
The video for the track recently caused controversy because the two singers were accused of “devil worship”. However, Megan laughed off the farcical accusation.
“The symbolism of the video was how when men come for me I eat they ass up every time,” she wrote. “And even when y’all go on y’all’s witch hunts attacking women for whatever reasons y’all make up we still rise from the ashes stronger than ever.”
Meanwhile, she is also currently at war with her label, 1501, who were refusing to recognise her record Something for Thee Hotties as a studio album.
Megan’s attorney Brad Hancock has told TMZ: “This is yet another absurd attempt by 1501 to disregard Megan’s album and squeeze more money and more free work out of her for as long as possible. We will ask the court to protect Megan from this type of abuse.”
