Machine Gun Kelly announces 2026 MGK Day in Cleveland
Machine Gun Kelly has announced that MGK Day will be returning to Cleveland later this year.
The Cleveland rapper will be hosting the event at North Coast Yard on August 7th and August 8th.
MGK will headline the second day with a special performance alongside Wiz Khalifa at 6pm, following the release of their recent collaborative project.
The two-day event includes vendors, food trucks, live music, merchandise, fireworks, and much more. Tickets are available to purchase at MGK Day’s official website.
In a statement to Billboard, MGK said, “All walks of life from around the world travel to my city for one weekend to rage and enjoy the music, festivities and community we’ve spent years growing.”
Speaking on last year’s event, the rapper’s producer, SlimXX, said, “They actually got to see him grow and see him rapping outside airbrush stores. Back then, nobody knew us, so we couldn’t get in anywhere, so we’d play in the parking lot.”
He added, “That’s why, when we pull up out here, it’s a million people, because everyone feels like they’re a part of it. The city loves him. Everybody feels like a big family.”
MGK was born and raised in Cleveland, serving as one of the city’s biggest rappers alongside the likes of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Kid Cudi.
He released his latest project, a collaborative release with Wiz Khalifa titled Blog Era Boyz, in May. Released on Interscope Records, the title references their roots in the music industry, with the project comprising nine songs.
The 2025 edition of MGK Day stretched across three days and saw MGK celebrating the release of his Lost Americana album, which dropped that August.
