Los Angeles prosecutors reviewing new Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sexual assault allegations
Prosecutors in Los Angeles are currently reviewing fresh allegations of sexual assault against Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs.
Combs is serving a 50-month sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after being found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution in October 2025. He’s scheduled for release on April 15th, 2028, but could be facing more issues.
According to NBC, LA County District Attorney Nathan Hochman confirmed that an investigation was underway on June 2nd when asked if Combs was the target of a probe.
In a statement, the DA’s representative said, “In the fall of 2025, LAPD and LASD each presented a separate sexual assault investigation for one victim to the LA County District Attorney’s Office. We are reviewing the case.”
Combs has been accused of attacking a male victim in 2020 and 2021. Publicist and record producer Jonathan Hay identified himself by name.
“Standing as a survivor of the actions involving Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Christopher CJ Wallace, I view the validation of my accounts by the LAPD and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office as a critical juncture,” Hay said.
He added, “This development represents a substantial advancement in my pursuit of complete accountability. Justice is prevailing.”
Hay claims Combs masturbated into one of Biggie Smalls’ shirts before telling him to “come finish him off.” He’s accused of ejaculating and throwing the shirt at him.
Combs is also accused of calling Hay a “snitch” and forcing his penis into his mouth while in a room together.
