Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accuser stands by claim rapper masturbated into Biggie Smalls shirt
A man who accused Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs of masturbating into a Biggie Smalls shirt has stood by his claim.
Publicist Jonathan Hay sued Combs for sexual abuse in July 2025, claiming he was pushed to take drugs before the rapper masturbated in front of him.
The lawsuit, which included Biggie’s son, CJ Wallace, sued for sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment, and more. Combs denied the allegations in April, claiming any alleged restraint was carried out as part of a citizen’s arrest.
According to TMZ, Hay has now responded to Combs, claiming he’s lying about the incident.
“His claims of a ‘consensual’ encounter or a ‘citizen’s arrest’ are pure fiction,” he said in a statement. “It is perplexing that his team would file such a narrative while knowing they are under criminal investigation in California.”
He added, “There was nothing consensual about it. He forced himself on me while I was being held against my will. I’m praying there will be criminal charges soon.”
In his lawsuit, Hay claims he ended up alone with Combs, who allegedly started watching porn on his phone. He alleges that Combs grabbed one of Biggie’s shirts off the rack and started masturbating in front of him, before telling him to “finish” him off and ejaculating into the shirt.
Hay claims Combs laughed, then threw the semen-covered shirt onto his lap and arm, before saying “RIP Biggie.”
Combs is currently serving a 50-month sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey on charges of transportation to engage in prostitution.
