Logic's new mixtape 'Bobby Tarantino III' gets a release date

Logic’s first post-retirement mixtape, Bobby Tarantino III, has been given a release date by the Maryland rapper, and it’s arriving on Friday.

Following his sixth studio album No Pressure, which arrived in July 2020, Logic announced he was done with music and was retiring from the rap game. Then, this summer, he had a change of heart and revealed that he is making a comeback. Since then, he’s shared a plethora of new music, and his highly anticipated conclusion to his Bobby Tarantino trilogy of mixtapes has been confirmed.

“Bobby Tarantino III out everywhere Friday,” Logic captioned an Instagram post of the artwork.

Last week, Logic dropped his explosive new track ‘Call Me’, which sees his spit on the chorus: “You know you can call me, when nobody picking up, When it feel like don’t nobody in the world give a fuck, Call me, I’ll be there to pick you up, 56442, hit me up, Call me, when nobody picking up, When it feel like don’t nobody in the world give a fuck.”

Logic has been working at a prolific rate over the last few months, and the arrival of the Bobby Tarantino III mixtape is music to the ears of every hip-hop fan.

In June, the mixtape was hinted at by the rapper on ‘Vaccine’, and now the confirmation is official. It’s been three years since the last offering in the Tarantino series, and the upcoming release is sure to get tail’s wagging with his diehards.
