Lil Yachty accused of trapping rapper in “toxic” label deal
Lil Yachty has been accused of trapping one of his artists in a “toxic” label deal. 28-year-old Karrahbooo (real name Karrah Schuster) was once Yachty’s assistant before joining his Concrete Boys group in 2023.
Karrah took to X (formerly Twitter) on April 30th to claim that Yachty is refusing to let her leave his label and lying about her name.
“We are now on month 11 of Little Yachty keeping me in a deal just be petty and keep me from releasing music and moving on with my life,” she began. “Guess the lying on my name tryna turn everyone against me bc I wanted out of a toxic environment wasn’t enough.
“I’m tired of y’all tryna bully me and I’m tired of y’all dickeating this man because he is a big artist with a lot of money y’all believing everything he says. He said he dropped me I’m still signed. He said he would show y’all receipts of me owing 900k. LMAAOO where they at we still waiting.”
She added, “I told him to put it on his kid that he wrote all my songs he ain’t respond. I’m a mean person is crazy as well everyone I meet has nothing but nice things to say about me. This shit annoying and it’s taken up a year of my life it’s evil asf.”
Karrahbooo went on to question how he can allegedly treat a woman this way when he has a daughter. “U have a daughter u treating women like this is mind blowing. Like I know u never see her but still that doesn’t make sense how evil this man is to women (not just me).”
Her biggest song on Spotify, ‘Running Late’, has over nine million streams, and ‘On the Radar Concrete Cypher’ has over eight million streams.
